There are only a few sunbeds and not enough for everyone, only 2 kayaks and for money for hotel guests, all other hotels on the island provide their guests for free and they have enough sunbeds. There is no view from the room, or rather a fence, while there are plenty of empty beachfront villas, but no free upgrade, only for 100 bucks per day and that's with high, unjustified prices. Breakfasts are very meager. The hotel restaurant is the most expensive on the entire beach. At lunchtime, many boats dock at the hotel to unload tourists and excursionists for lunch

We stayed at the hotel for 4 nights, room 310, first floor, row 3. In short, I would look for other accommodation options on the island in advance, the price of accommodation does not correspond to the services provided (there are options no worse and 2 times cheaper).
More details, pros:
- friendly and welcoming staff.
- good breakfast.
Cons:
- average-sized houses, not much space (enough for 2 overnight stays, but for 3, with an extra mattress, it's a bit cramped).
- there is practically no place to sit outside the room (there is practically no privacy on the first floors).
- no storage space. There is a semblance of a shelf and a rod in the bathroom, but no hangers.
- lack of any normal view (except for the houses on the first line, the rest look at the paths and into the neighboring houses).
- mice, in a hotel for that kind of money, you will have mice running along the ceiling (in droves). They ate the cream from our tea set on the first night and then started on coffee and left droppings at the site of the feast.
- bathroom. The exotic design of the bathroom pleases for the first 5 minutes, then you are constantly eaten by mosquitoes, an open bathroom is not at all practical.

The accommodation is beautiful, clean, shady, and has a great feel. The staff is good at service, speaks politely, and is very friendly. I give it a million points. The view is beautiful. The beach in front is very good. So good that guests from other hotels have to come and play in the water here. It is very peaceful and cool, perfect for relaxing. All the food is delicious, especially the baked shrimp with glass noodles. There are a lot of shrimp, very big. I will definitely come back if I have a chance. 😍
